Yes! Agriculture Education is offered at UConn.
Agriculture Education (AgEd) at the University of Connecticut is offered through a partnership between the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources (AgNR) and the Neag School of Education (NSoE). Students select a disciplined-based undergraduate major in the AgNR and complete education courses and certification requirements in the NSoE. UConn has two programs available for students preparing for a teaching career:
- Integrated Bachelors/Masters (IB/M) Program
- Teacher Certification for College Graduates (TCPCG)
Admission to both programs is a competitive process.
