Bachelor of Science
The College of Agriculture and Natural Resources offers the Bachelor of Science degree in the following 15 majors: allied health sciences, animal science, diagnostic genetic sciences, dietetics, environmental science, horticulture, landscape architecture, medical technology, nutritional sciences, pathobiology, natural resources, resource economics, turfgrass and soil science, the interdisciplinary major agriculture and natural resources, and the individualized major. Students in most major are permitted a great deal of latitude in the choice of courses and may emphasize a range of options to meet personal goals.

Associate of Applied Science
The Ratcliffe Hicks School of Agriculture is a two-year associate's degree program of technical and applied agricultural education.  Students majoring in Animal Science may concentrate in Equine Science or Dairy and Livestock Management.  Students pursing careers in Turfgrass Management, Nursery and Landscaping, or Floriculture may major in Ornamental Horticulture and Turfgrass Management.
